Construction, imports and engineering ideas form the foundations of SRA’s family business.
A business with a family origin
Established on 5 November 1992, SRA began in construction and imports. Our founder is an engineer, and the business takes its name from his wife’s name. Over time, its activities extended into engineering development and several consumer and service brands.

Original business commenced on 5 November 1992.
2010
SRA PVT LIMITED incorporated in England and Wales on 19 May 2010. Company number 7258892.
2022
SRA GROUP (PRIVATE) LIMITED incorporated in Sri Lanka on 28 May 2022. Company number PV 00258222.
How the business operated
SRA Group handled civil construction, imports and its trading brands. SRA Industries developed machines and innovative systems, including elephant early warning, water-level indication, electric-fence monitoring and agricultural automation.
